Insurance Verification
We obtain your insurance information from your physician's office and then call the insurance company to verify benefits, coverage and out-of-pocket expenses. Our insurance clerk will then call you to discuss the information.
Billing/Payment Questions
We will submit the claim to your insurance carrier within 72 hours of your surgery.
Pre-op Nurse 940-349-5517
The pre-operative nurse will call approximately 2-4 days prior to your surgery day. She will go over your medical history, medications and give you preop instructions. You can reach the Pre-op Nurse at (940) 349-5517.
Scheduling 940-349-5500
Generally, your surgeon's office will schedule your procedure through our surgical secretary. If you have specific questions, call your surgeon's office first.
After Hours and Emergencies
Day Surgery Center's normal hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
In the event that an emergency arises after the Center's normal hours of operation, please call 911 or contact your physician's office.
Outside organizations can quickly and easily request the verification of physicians in good standing at an HCA facility. The requesting organization may self generate and print a verification letter.
